We stayed in two adjoining rooms with our daughter for a lovely weekend. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone made us feel welcome, nothing seemed like too much trouble, and we got great tips on local restaurants and sights. A special thanks to Alice, Ludmila and Chiara for such wonderful hospitality. The location was ideal: easy to walk to the main sights, but tucked a little away from the crowds in the lovely Dorsoduro neighbourhood. It's also close to the vaporetto stop/s. We'd love to come back.

Tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities, this luxury flat overlooks the Rio de Santa Maria Formosa and Campiello Querini Stampalia. We'll definitely be back!

The dark wood finishes made the room feel too dark for our taste. The shag area rugs also gave the unit a dated look, and we weren't sure they were clean.

Tania and Katrina were so hospitable and helpful, with plenty of local knowledge and tips on places to see. Tania even advised us about what to visit in Rome next and which hotels to eat in. Fresh croissants from an excellent bakery arrived each morning, and the apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. We stayed in their Deluxe IQs apartment, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, flat screen TVs in all rooms, a nespresso machine, and a juicer. The location is spot on, close to all the attractions, and we could watch Gondolas pass by from the window. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next Venice trip.

Open the window and you can watch people and the venetian architecture as gondolas go by. Every detail in the room was a joy to use, and the breakfast set us up perfectly for a long day of exploring. This is without a doubt the best kept secret in all of Venice. We paid with confidence and got the friendliest, most accommodating, and intimate boutique hotel experience we've ever had!
