The concierge was my favorite part. They suggested places to visit and even booked restaurants and taxis for us. Everyone was so hospitable, and the rooms were very clean. The boutique hotel is in a fantastic central spot without being in the busiest area, and there's a corner bar that adds to its artsy feel. I'd really recommend booking here. I wouldn't hesitate.

We stayed in DD694, the annex of DD724, and loved it. The neighborhood is great and feels secluded. Each morning's breakfast, included with the stay, was a really nice touch. The hotel staff were welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We'll be back to Venice and plan to stay here every time.

We only spent one night at Charming House DD724 and wished we'd booked longer. The old-world exterior, reached through a small alley and metal gate, gives way to a modern, fun-looking interior. Our beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The service stood out most. All four women we interacted with made our group feel valued and appreciated. They arranged water taxis, handled our bags, prepared breakfast, lent us a stapler, and helped with other things too. Thank you to the Charming House DD724 staff for taking such good care of all eight of us in four rooms. It's a beautiful building with great service at a nice price.

The women running the hotel were amazing, and the service felt like 10 stars. Everything was super clean, the air conditioning was great, and breakfast was delicious. The price was reasonable, and the location made it easy to walk to lots of places around Venice. You won't be disappointed!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The personal attention and service were very good, and breakfast was included and really good. For me, it's the best hotel in Venecie.
