We only stayed here on our last night before flying home, after spending the first part of the holiday in Venice, so we didn't go into Venice from Mestre. There are a couple of places to eat in Mestre and a small supermarket. The villa has lovely communal spaces, nicely decorated, and a kitchen where you can get drinks. Breakfast downstairs in the large kitchen area was very good, with plenty of choice. Our bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room had a balcony with a mosquito net. The bathroom was pretty and the shower was good. The rooms are beautiful and the garden around the villa is lovely. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. All in all, I'd recommend this apartment.

Downstairs there was a wide choice of sweet and savory breakfast foods. Annalisa was also very available and helpful, many thanks to her. The bedroom is really comfortable, with superb furnishings, and the bathroom is very large. A spacious terrace completes the whole setup. Highly recommended.

The owner was welcoming and very helpful. The location is convenient too, close to either the train station or a bus stop. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and our room had a double balcony, lovely for relaxing in the evening after a day in Venice. It's a classic Venetian-style property, though it could do with a little updating. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. I highly recommend it.
