We had a lovely stay in July 2021. It's near the main sights, while still being far enough from the crowds and noise. We'd gladly stay here again.

We spent three days here in October 2021. The canal view and quiet setting were great, and the tourist attractions are only minutes away. It's central and perfect for visitors. I'd recommend it 10000%.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was clean, and the location is good. Still, the inside was much uglier than the owners' photos. The entrance, dining area, living room and kitchen felt like a 1970s council house, with no decor. The facade is the ugliest in the area, though leaning out of the window gives you a beautiful view. When it was cold and damp, we couldn't turn up the heat, and one radiator leaked, so I put a pan under it. Our hostess never responded. On arrival she only talked about the garbage, the tourist tax to be paid immediately in cash, and our departure at 10 a.m., which couldn't be negotiated. We come to Venice regularly, and honestly, I don't understand how anyone could like this apartment.

We found the apartment very clean, and its central spot is away from the tourist crowds. The hospitality was top-notch and everything worked wonderfully 😊

The air conditioning wasn't working very well.
