2/10
The rooms were filthy, with dust and cobwebs that looked like they’d been there for a long time. The place felt abandoned, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. We couldn’t stay there. They kept our money and wouldn’t refund it. Booking.com said it only handled bookings as an intermediary. It’s completely unfair, and I strongly advise against staying here.
