Breakfast was a real highlight, and we’ll definitely come back. Federica was so warm and helpful, always available and lovely to spend time with. The room was pretty, clean, and had all the comforts we needed. A perfect spot for a Venice holiday where you feel well looked after.

10/10
Federica was incredibly kind, and her service was on another level. The rooms looked just like the photos, and ours was modern, clean, and luxurious. She also made us a lovely breakfast. We stayed two nights as a couple and were honestly amazed. The place is on a nice street in Mestre, around 15-20 minutes from Venice by train or bus, so it makes a great base for seeing the city. Five stars feels like the minimum. Great job, Mrs. Federica!

It's a nice house and a good accommodation option for Venice. Since the room is under the roof, some parts of it are a bit low and narrow. Watch your head.

The room was very good, and the host was really nice.

10/10
The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely styled, with the bus station close by for a ride to Venice in under 20 minutes. Federica and Paolo made the stay stand out: they were welcoming, knew the area well, and were happy either to share useful tips or just chat. A relaxing place to stay.
