The quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax, while still being convenient for reaching Venice’s main attractions. The apartment at Veneziacentopercento felt calm and cozy, and the air conditioning, which had just been installed, worked perfectly in the summer heat. The bed was comfortable and clean, and we had no bedbug issues. Everything was spotless, from the floors and fresh bed linens to the bathroom and kitchen. The staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We were anxious about where and how to take out the trash in Venice, and they kindly offered to handle it for us, which was a relief. We had a fantastic stay and no problems. Cleanliness, helpful staff, the peaceful location, and comfortable amenities made this a great choice for us. We’d happily return on our next trip to Venice and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, memorable stay.

I don’t understand why hotels seem to be above the law. After booking, I was given a phone number, but nobody replied when I tried to contact them. Two days before check-in, they ignored my request to change the dates. On check-in day, they were rude and said changes or cancellations weren’t possible that day. They also warned me that if I didn’t arrive by 7 p.m., I’d be left outside. There was no real communication. They ignored me instead of helping or answering a client’s questions. It felt completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a holiday unless you want to ruin it.

I was happy with the room, though that’s a bit subjective since I haven’t stayed anywhere else in Venice. It was in a standard apartment, which I liked because it felt more authentic. The service was great, and the information was clear, with excellent communication. I’d stay there again if I return to Venice.

Sylvia was amazing, polite, and explained everything we needed to know. I’m really happy I chose this apartment. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but clean. I’d recommend staying here.
