We lost over 470 EUR after a terrible experience with Venice Heaven Apartments. Our train from Rome was delayed, so I texted to ask them to wait 10-15 minutes for us. They refused and cancelled the three-night booking through Booking.com, marking us as a “no show,” which I say was a lie. We had to pay for a hotel that night, then asked to check in the next day. They refused again. I told Booking.com, and I’m appalled they let these people sell on their platform without vetting them. This management company is horrible. Do not use them.

The views from the windows and the lovely rooftop terrace were breathtaking. This gorgeous apartment sits right behind San Marco, and I stayed there for two weekends. It was fully equipped with every comfort, and the welcome was prompt, immediate, and friendly. A special place, highly recommended.

There was a delightful little terrace overlooking Venice’s rooftops, with a view of the bell tower of San Marco, right in the heart of the city. The house was very well kept, and Veronica was kind and always ready with excellent advice. It was wonderful and unforgettable. Everything was perfect!
