Good value for the money, but the change in ownership caused some hiccups and inconvenience.

Beds were really comfortable, and we had air conditioning in the room. The place is lovely and very clean, with a balcony and your own bathroom, though the kitchen is shared. It's near bus stops and trains for getting to Venice. You can buy a bus ticket from the driver for $3, while a ticket from the machine or ticket office is only $1.5. Breakfast costs $2 per person and includes a croissant with jam, toast with jam and Nutella, and a glass of juice. Highly recommend it.

The room is clean and good for the price. The train station is close, about a 10 to 15 minute walk.
