Luca was very nice, and everything with him went smoothly. The problem was the noise: we could hear other guests in the hallway arriving at 1 a.m., and we had to be up at 6 for our flight, so it wasn't a good night's sleep. At 110 euros, I expected better. It would've bothered us less if the night had cost less.

Luca made things easy from the start, sending clear check-in details before we arrived. Our flight was delayed by three hours, so we didn't get there until 3:30 a.m., but getting in was no problem. He was also understanding about our late arrival and let us check out later than usual, which gave us a little extra sleep. We really appreciated that. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning helped a lot in the humid weather. Convenient spot near the airport. A great stay, highly recommend!

Luca welcomed me so warmly even though I had a cold, and brought me water too. I slept well and got to enjoy sightseeing in Venice. This really was 『The Gold Experience』. Thanks for everything, and a big hug :)
