Venice Popular Apartment

There are several rooms in the apartment, with other guests staying there too. We could lock our own door, but the bathroom was shared. The place was clean, easy to find, close to the bus station, and reasonably priced, with air conditioning and wifi. The kitchen fridge had a broken door.

At first it was hard to find and seemed a bit sketchy, but the place turned out to be a hidden delight with tons of space. We had a full kitchen, a washing machine, and a minifridge in our room, and everything was excellent. The owners were understanding and flexible when we needed a few extra hours past the usual checkout time. There’s a bus line right next to the property that goes straight to venice, and the train station is fairly close. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place! The room had no AC, and they hadn’t mentioned in the advertisement that the bathroom was shared. We were exhausted and couldn’t sleep in the hot room, so we left. They gave us an electric fan instead of AC, which was shocking and not what we expected. We didn’t touch or use anything before leaving, but the property hasn’t responded to our request to at least consider a refund. They only asked whether we had already left. The staff member was rude and told us to hurry because he was in a hurry. We asked for a refund, or at least half of what we paid for three nights, but got no response. The property wants to keep all the money, including the tax for all three nights, without giving us any consideration.

The balcony was spacious, and there’s a little kitchen too. The bus stop is close by. Toha was the perfect host, and everything was clean, including the bed. The shared bathrooms were very clean as well. Just awesome, I’d come back. Thank you.
