The view and location were fantastic, and the apartment itself was spacious. Getting up to the top floor meant quite a few steep steps, which made handling a suitcase tricky.

The apartment was bright, spacious, well-equipped, and in a superb location. One night the heating broke down, and we were left without enough warmth until it was fixed the next morning. The agent did everything possible, but there was no help offered for the inconvenience. It was March in Venice, so it was chilly. I also missed the fact when booking that this is a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. The stairs are extremely steep, like all of them in Venice, so I’m not sure how it’s advertised for children without giving an age. For young people and athletes, it’s perfectly fine.

The welcome was lovely, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. It’s right in the heart of the neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from St. Mark’s Square, making it a great base for discovering Venice.
