The apartment units are huge and very well equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us get oriented in the area and plan our day in Venice. What a lovely setting too, so unexpectedly peaceful and private after the crowds and bustle of Venice and Mestre. This place is a real gem.

Lorenzo and Antonio were very nice, and breakfast had a great selection. The hotel is really well connected to Venice if that's where you're headed, and I'd happily recommend it and stay again. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need and more, including two full bathrooms. We had some trouble with the internet and breakfast on our first day, which is why I'd give it 4 stars rather than 5, but those issues were sorted out. We had a lovely stay. Thanks and best regards.

The pool was great and we swam every day. The sun loungers were really comfortable, and getting into Venice was easy, with a bus stop right outside the villa. The apartment was clean, large, and well appointed, with comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, and lots of new fixtures and fittings. It was a tranquil haven away from the city's bustle. The 3-star rating really doesn't do this place justice. Just perfect!

The pool was mediocre, only about 1.2 m deep, and we had gardeners mowing the lawn at 8:30 in the morning, so no alarm clock was needed. The apartment was spacious, but the shower room was tiny and the layout very odd. For food, you need a car or have to take the bus to the center. One of the worst stays we've had for the price.

The apartment was lovely and clean, with everything we needed and then some. The service was so helpful and friendly, and public transport is nearby and well organized, which makes the location great. Everything here is amazing 😍. We'll definitely come back.
