The room was decorated beautifully, the staff were cheerful, and the location is central. The view was extremely beautiful too. But the air conditioning wasn’t working when it was over 30° outside, and they assured guests that they had paid the discounted rate for a room without air conditioning.

The scenery from here is wonderful. I had a great four-night stay, with helpful staff and daily room cleaning.

There aren’t many other stores around, though driving to different shores of the lake is easy. We enjoyed the view from our seaside room and the convenient, good-value connections to the islands. Breakfast was simple but tasty, a nice easy start to the day.

The location was perfect for attending a reception in villa rusconi clerici, with most of the main venues just a few minutes’ walk away and the lake right in front. The people were kind and welcoming, and quick to meet my every need. The restaurant was excellent too. The accommodation was fairly basic but had what I needed, though I would have liked a plug socket near the bed for my phone. A very comfortable stay.

We loved our stay! It would have been perfect if the bathroom hadn’t smelled bad and the Wi-Fi had worked.
