The setting could have been better. There were no vegetables with the main courses, and the risotto was plain. The apple crumble was thin. Still, the food was ok overall. The tortellini were delicious, and I also really liked the flan and some of the other dishes.

Classic, refined Piedmontese and Vercelli cooking, with an amazing wine list.

Dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel was really delicious. Staying there also gave us a nice taste of a traditional hotel.
