I felt very much at home in my lovely room, which had a balcony looking over the square. Cristina was warm and helpful, and speaks good English. It’s a wonderful place right in the town center. I’d happily stay there again if I return to Vercelli.

Christina was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and made me feel at home. The centrally located room was modern, had great facilities, and came with a balcony. The price was great too. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Cristina was always reachable by email or text and ready to help, even though there’s no front desk. You can pull up outside briefly to unload and check in, and free overnight street parking is a couple of blocks away. The place is beautiful, modern, new, and very clean, with a small elevator serving the 1st-3rd floor above ground. Rooms and bathrooms are small but laid out efficiently, with loads of hooks, shelves, and hangers. There were daily cleanings, made beds, and fresh towels, plus plenty of shampoo, slippers, a shaving kit, shoe shine, and other amenities. Breakfast was delicious: Cristina offered croissants and cake, coffee, cappuccino or espresso, along with meats, cheeses, and eggs. In warmer weather, you can eat out on the balcony.

The host was the real highlight, always available and happy to do more than we asked. It was a pleasure spending a few days there. The place is cozy, comfortable, very clean, and well located, with a good breakfast and a nice terrace.
