They require a credit card for the deposit, with no cash or debit card option, and have a €90-per-night policy. The rooms are in terrible condition, and they charge for every little thing. I don't recommend this place. It feels like a scam.

The station was packed when we arrived, but nobody from the accommodation's supposed blue-hat reception staff was there to meet us. We left the platform and searched the streets. Then the contact person told us we hadn't shown up in time and would have to wait another half hour. The reception staff eventually recognized us on the street. A few days later, the accommodation charged my card for Extraordinary Check-in without telling me beforehand.

The check-in was barely handled: nobody showed us around or checked the condition of the place, and we weren't given all the keys needed to lock both doors to our rooms. We also reported major floor stains, unsafe furniture, and lights that were missing or didn't work through Booking.com, but nothing was done about them. The bigger issue started over the €1 deposit. We're a group of young women without a credit card, and when we asked to pay another way, staff said it wasn't possible and threatened a €90 penalty. They refused our offers to use a parent's card or another prepaid or debit card. Only after our parents stepped in and asked what law they were relying on did they let us use a prepaid card. The listing hadn't mentioned other payment methods, and it felt like they were hiding them to charge the penalty. We were even told not to arrive without a card or we'd lose the full cost of the stay.
