The staff made our stay at Hotel Accademia especially memorable. They welcomed us warmly, had our room ready ahead of time, and gave us exceptional help throughout, even when we were dealing with personal difficulties. We’re grateful for their care and would choose the hotel again on a future trip to Verona. The shared spaces are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent. Our modern room was spotless, stylish, well equipped and had a wonderful view. The on-site dining options were high quality too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel itself was one of the best four-star places we’ve stayed, with lovely decor and clean, spacious rooms. Its central location is outstanding, about a mile from Verona station and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sights. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Verona.

The breakfast at Hotel Accademia was generous, with plenty of tasty choices, and the complimentary afternoon tea and coffee were a lovely extra. The porters and breakfast-room waiters were especially kind, and all the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, right in the heart of Verona, so it was easy to explore on foot. We could also request parking, which was very convenient. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it! 🧳☕🍰

It was warm enough that I'd been wearing short sleeves the whole time, but our room was already hot at check-in. Turning on the air conditioner made it worse, and hot air came out when I checked the vent. Staff said they don't run the conditioner in cooler months. We tried opening the window, but bugs got in, so we closed it and asked the front desk again. They brought us a fan. At another hotel with the same policy, they gladly turned on the air conditioning when we asked. Disabling it for guests here, in a hotel that otherwise seems nice, was disgraceful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's interior had all sorts of intriguing historical items. Its location was great for seeing Verona's sights. The walls are a bit thin, though, and we could easily hear people coming and going in the hall.
