Frederico was so polite, charming, and helpful, and the airport is only about a five-minute drive away. We had booked an apartment with a separate bedroom and kitchenette. There was plenty of room, with large rooms, wardrobes, a roomy kitchen, and a big bathroom. The sofa bed, though, was really uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't especially impressive, though perhaps there were only a few families staying in the off season. I'd stay again if I were flying in or out of Verona airport.

The grounds and pool are lovely, and breakfast was great. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The people looking after us were attentive and helpful. You can faintly hear the nearby airport, but I didn't find it bothersome. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

After our booking had been confirmed, they cancelled it four hours later, just minutes before we arrived. We were on the road with our child after a long trip and suddenly had nowhere to stay. They suggested one alternative, but it didn't accept children, even though our original reservation clearly included one. We tried to sort it out through Booking and WhatsApp, but got no response to our written message for five hours. It may look like a nice place, but for us the experience became a nightmare.

The breakfast was tasty and felt lovingly prepared, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff were super nice and helpful, and a very late check-in was possible. We didn't see any insects in the rooms, and I can't think of a downside to this hotel.

The service was really good, and breakfast was good too. It's a nice hotel, though our room's fridge was very loud and the beds weren't great.
