The host was very supportive, and the room was lovely in a great location. The building is old, though, and street noise made it feel like we were sleeping out on the street.

A huge, regal room, like something in a palace. Easily the most beautiful room, and the location is great.

No hot water, dirty bed sheets, and a lot of noise from outside.

The suite was decent. We originally booked one night, and they welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage and upgraded us. We decided to extend, and were surprised they charged the original rate for the upgraded suite. We’d booked private valet parking for 40€, but the listing didn’t mention any hours. On the second day, we asked for our car after 8 p.m. The receptionist answered aggressively, saying we should respect the working hours. He said if he brought the car now, he wouldn’t park it again when we returned, and we’d have to use another lot instead of the hotel’s private parking we’d paid for. He offered to deduct 20€, then brought up the free room upgrade and a bottle of water, without addressing our questions about parking when we got back. He kept talking about unrelated things. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the place had a strange smell, and there were some cracks in the ceiling and walls. The chubby Filipino man was polite and helpful, but the guy handling WhatsApp was very rude. We won’t come back.
