We had paid for 10 nights, but after arriving 30 minutes late on the first evening, we weren't allowed to check in, even the next day. Traffic delayed us, and we had told them about it two hours before we arrived. They said check-in after 7 p.m. was impossible, then said coming the following day was impossible too because we hadn't shown up. They cancelled the reservation and kept the money, despite our repeated requests and even after Booking.com asked them to let us check in. They said it was against their policy. We were left with nowhere to stay. Outrageous. Never book here.

The apartment was very clean, with a modern and tidy mix of furnishings, and the price was very good. One thing bothered me: after we'd paid in advance, they asked us for a deposit. I don't think that's right, though of course it should be returned to us.

We had a very pleasant welcome, and the apartment was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and original, with a panoramic terrace, on a bright, quiet top floor. It's right in the center.

The apartment itself was nice, but we didn't feel welcome.
