10/10
The location is central, about 150 meters from the Arena, and stepping outside on foot puts you practically right in the city center. Even so, the apartment is spacious and quiet. The bed is very large and comfortable, there's a sofa with a chaise, and a large flat-screen smart TV. The bathroom is also very large, with a spacious shower. In short, it was positive in practically every respect: location, space, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and amenities.

The service was terrible, especially given the seriousness and professionalism expected.

A spacious apartment that was comfortable to stay in.

The owner was kind, and the place is very nice and right in the center, in a really strategic spot. A few things could be improved, though, especially the beds and the bathroom door.

Clean, warm even in winter, and the kitchen facilities were convenient. There was also a washing machine.
