The rooms were decent, but there was no personality or service. It had that typical corporate B&B feel. The WiFi barely reached our room or the courtyard, and when we asked about using the other network, nobody responded.

Nice view, good place, and yummy pizza.
I was especially upset by what happened after checkout. We found a €100 charge on our card, described as an “extra cleaning fee” because two bags of rubbish had been left behind. We hadn't been told about it or asked to approve it. When we tried to get an explanation, the owner wouldn't clarify and then blocked our number on WhatsApp, so we couldn't contact them again. The stay had already started badly: the owner was rude and barely communicated, the house wasn't clean, and hot boiler pipes ran directly over a bed in one bedroom, which didn't seem safe. I can't recommend a place handled this way. P.S. I didn't choose the wrong property; I'm talking about you!
The furniture layout hid the top stair, which already creaked, and one person staying with me suffered a severe sprain. It affected the rest of our trip. We have photos and witnesses to document what happened. The apartment was dirty and neglected, despite a €100 cleaning charge. There were insects and food scraps left by previous guests, torn parquet in several areas, filthy curtains, and dangerously damaged blinds. The radiators' broken thermostat valves didn't work, making the apartment uncomfortable and costing us sleep. The photos also didn't match the description. The owner was very unpleasant and distrustful toward us. She threatened to cancel our booking unless we paid the bill in advance immediately, without having seen the apartment's shameful condition in person. I'd strongly advise against staying here.
We were nine, and there was plenty of room for our group. The old town is easy to reach on foot, and there's a lovely view of it from the accommodation. A bakery is close by, while a big supermarket with all the basics is about a 15-minute walk away. Inside, the kitchen and refrigerator were fully equipped, and the bathrooms looked modern and beautifully done. The place is really nicely furnished, even though the outside is quite unassuming. My only small gripe was that the upstairs shower felt a bit too small. I'd happily recommend it for a large family or group.
