The room had a lot more than I expected, including a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and AC. It was clean and modern, with lovely finishes, breakfast items and coffee ready for the morning, and a little candy welcome gift on the bed. Self check-in was simple, which I really appreciated after arriving late in Verona before an early train the next morning. It was such a pleasure staying here. Thanks to the hosts for making the experience so thoughtful, especially for the price.

We got to check in early, though it cost EUR 5 for each hour before 2:00PM. We were given Room 2 on the ground floor, so there was no need to haul our heavy luggage upstairs. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, and the room entrance is from the parking lot. Elisa replied quickly on WhatsApp, and the city tax was paid in cash. It’s near a bus stop, with buses # 23,24,73 passing by. While it’s outside the city center, it’s only two stops from the train and bus station. I’d recommend it for a Verona or Venice visit, especially as a base for at least two nights.

The room didn’t seem clean to me, and the toilet seat is worth a look. There’s construction work only about 5 meters away, starting at 6 am. It’s very loud, so the apartment isn’t suitable for relaxing or getting good sleep. A huge disappointment. I asked for a refund but never got a reply.

The owner was really friendly, and the room had a romantic feel. It’s close to the train station and even nearer to bus stops. There was plenty of space, including a big bathroom with a double shower cabin.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, even though we had a language barrier. I was especially impressed by the handmade local guide in the room, with information about the immediate area and bus schedules.
