Really bad service. The host cancelled our booking just 3 hours before we were meant to check in.

The location makes it easy to explore Verona on foot, with the Arena and the historic center only steps away. I stayed at the Arena Suite Mazzini in central Verona and had an excellent time. The suite was bright and spacious, nicely furnished, and both the bathroom and common areas were clean and carefully maintained. It felt welcoming and relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive, and available with information and useful advice. A comfortable, elegant option in the city center.

They cancelled our confirmed booking an hour and a half before check-in. What a bunch of incompetents. They deserve to be reported and shut down.

Don't trust this place. They cancelled my booking on the day I arrived, with a ridiculous excuse. Luckily, Booking.com helped me find somewhere else. Don't trust this offer.
