Atelier di Charme

The location was fine, but the check-in rule made the stay incredibly stressful. The owner insisted that nobody could check in after 19:00, and despite sending message after message and pleading, we couldn't get permission to arrive later. I had to cancel bus and train bookings and rush like crazy so we wouldn't end up on the street with our suitcases if we missed the deadline. There were no outside key boxes with PIN codes, either. She kept repeating that the rule was strict and there was nothing we could do. A flight delay or any other holdup could leave you stranded, and this ruined what should have been a great holiday. There was also a 150 Euro deposit in case anything was broken, which hadn't been mentioned anywhere. I wouldn't stay again. The whole thing caused us a lot of stress, and I don't think people who handle guests this way should be in accommodation.
