Aurelia Rooms&Luxury office

My room was spacious and clean, and the area was very quiet even though it sits on a main street. The station is only a short walk away. The Arena and places like Herb Square are about 15-20 minutes on foot, with more places to eat around there. The in-room booklet has useful suggestions. The street sign is pretty small, though, and I walked right past it without spotting it.

We never got the room we had booked and paid for. When we arrived, they said it was broken and arranged another hotel nearby, but its room was really old and smelled bad. We have allergies, so we asked the woman from Aurelia if we could move rooms. She said there was nothing she could do. I wouldn't recommend anyone go through this.

We paid 105 euros for two nights and arrived to find there was no room for us. They wanted us to stay at 'Hotel Sanmicheli dei Fratelli Dardi', which had a terrible smell. The woman said the shower in our original room was broken. I asked if we could still use it despite that, but then she said the bed hadn't been made and we couldn't stay there. She didn't resolve anything or do anything to help. NEVER GO THERE!

The room was cozy, clean, and close to the center, with all the basics supplied, including shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. Being so central did mean some noise from outside.
