Verona is a lovely city, and this was the best place we stayed in Italy. The room was spacious, with a great mattress, pillows, and bathroom. Breakfast was good too. The bus stop is within walking distance, with three different lines into the city center, and the ride takes only 10 minutes. Alessandro was a friendly and helpful owner.

Our host made us feel welcome. The room was large and clean, the shower had strong pressure, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. We found the beds harder than we like, and, as usual, we would have preferred a kettle in the room. We did use the one in the breakfast room a couple of times. There are buses into the city, and it’s a 10-minute walk from bike hire and Lidl.

A clean and pleasant B&B, with nice rooms, free water, and a good breakfast.

Everything else was fine, and it’s a good B&B option in Verona. I just wish the room had been non-smoking.
