The room was quiet at night, clean, and comfortable, with a roomy bathroom and a shower much nicer than mine at home. I also really liked having a Nespresso machine and refrigerator. The location worked well, about equally far from the station and city center, with plenty of good spots for coffee, aperitivo, or a meal right outside. Massimo was kind and helpful throughout my five-day stay. A general strike made me arrive much later than planned, but he was understanding and still took time that evening to suggest somewhere for coffee or a quick bite. The following day he shared lots more ideas for sights and places to eat. I loved Verona and hope to return. If I do, I'll stay here again. Grazie di cuore, Massimo! È stato un piacere conoscerti!

Massimo gave us great tips for restaurants and groceries nearby, and the apartment was ideally placed, around a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the arenas. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and spacious, making our time in Verona wonderful. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back. Grazie mille!!

Massimo and his apartments were amazing. We felt welcome right away, and he gave us a little tour using a map, pointing out Verona and nearby cities. We'd definitely stay at Avenue rooms again if we return to Verona.

Our room was just right, and Massimo made us feel welcome while sharing plenty of what he knows about Verona. We had a lovely two-day stay, with an easy 10-minute walk into the centre. I’d happily recommend it.
