The breakfast was a lovely part of the stay: a croissant, orange juice and cappuccino, plus fruit, yogurt and biscuits. I’d read complaints that it was poor, but that wasn’t my experience. The whole place has an unmistakably Italian feel, which I really loved. It’s an elegant guesthouse in a historic building, with three rooms in an apartment on the second floor and a new elevator. The design feels authentic, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the windows had an amazing view. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station and five minutes from Juliet’s house, right in the heart of Verona. I’m grateful to the owners for the experience.

Antonella made the stay feel special with her genuine care and all the little details. She even let us check in early when we arrived, and was consistently kind and welcoming. Thanks again, Antonella! The apartment has three private rooms and a shared living area where you can make coffee or tea whenever you like. It’s cozy and really central, about five minutes from the Arena and close to everything. We liked the accommodation and would definitely recommend Casa Esvael.

We arrived very late, but the owner waited for us, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, air-conditioned and absolutely spotless. Breakfast was simple but fine, with decent coffee. It’s in a great location, and I’d stay again. Thank you.

Right in central Verona, just 200 meters from the Arena. Parking is across the river, about 300 meters away. It’s an old building, but there’s a fridge and air conditioning, and the host was excellent.
