The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all, though that might just be my preference. Another downside is that, despite the space, you can’t park inside the courtyard. There’s parking across the road, but it’s very busy even at night, so it isn’t especially convenient. The interior is new, with lovely furnishings and finishes, and the space set aside for a mini-kitchen is handy. The courtyard is near Verona, which makes getting into the city fairly easy.

It’s very nice and well located, but the double bed was missing its cushion covers. Parking is a real drawback if you arrive with a large car, and there’s no guarded parking.

Check-in and arrival were seamless, and many thanks to the host for that. The small, clean apartment is on the outskirts of Verona. We spent two days there, and it took about 20 minutes to drive to the old town. A bit more storage or some hooks for clothes would’ve been nice, but it was fine for a two-day stay.

The room was warm and clean. To get the key, open the door marked with the room name, enter the code, and open it. It takes a bit of force. Take the key, close the door, then enter through the small gate on the right.

The stay was excellent. I only wish the kitchen had salt.
