For July 2024, the price was very reasonable and the location was great. The hosts were kind whenever we dealt with them. Their check-in instructions arrived ahead of time, and being allowed to leave our bags after checkout was helpful. We did run into several problems, mostly with the shared bathroom, and hopefully those will be fixed for future guests. The walls are very thin, so we could hear our loud neighbors' whole conversations into the night. The bathroom door was loud and hard to lock, and we could hear everyone struggling to get in and out. The shared shower's broken door was still left in the shower, so water ended up all over the floor.

The booking and check-in were easy, and communication was straightforward. We found the room and shared spaces clean and tidy, and the balcony was a lovely spot to catch some sun. We had a really nice stay and would come back.

Monica was so friendly and kind, and the place itself is lovely. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Verona.

We could walk to the main square and Arena di Verona in under five minutes, and having a supermarket right nearby was really convenient. Cesare was very helpful too. Great location, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The location was the only thing I liked. We were there for just one night, and having to share both the bathroom and kitchen with other people really didn't suit us.
