Luxury Suites didn’t feel luxurious during our stay. The room was dirty when we arrived. The hosts apologized and said someone would come clean it, but nobody did. We also couldn’t get basic instructions or the Wi-Fi password, and many essentials were missing or in very short supply. Communication was difficult because the hosts rarely picked up our calls. The location was convenient, but noise from nearby bars carried into the room at night, so the soundproofing seemed poor. For the high price, it was a huge letdown. I really don’t recommend it.

Staying in the duplex called “my Arena” was a romantic experience, with a view of the Verona Arena from the third floor. There’s an elevator, and the apartment is beautiful and elegant. It could use some maintenance: the bathroom and shower have low water pressure, and the window facing the Arena doesn’t line up properly.

The studio was spotless and furnished with care, and the owners were both kind and capable. It’s close to central Verona and the Arena. I’d happily stay again.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and each apartment has its own view depending on which of the three floors it’s on. My favorite is My Arena: a large double bedroom with a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining room looking out over the amphitheater. One of the smaller apartments was recently renovated and suits a short stay well. The apartments are only a few meters from the Verona Arena, with dedicated entry through a mobile app.
