The breakfast was a real highlight, with eggs and bacon alongside Italian pastries, cakes, pancakes, and excellent coffee. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a king-size bed, a huge shower, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a Booking.com reservation problem, but the staff were so friendly and sorted it out right away. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
10/10
The underground parking was especially convenient and felt safe for our car. We only stayed one night, and the breakfast had enough choice for a filling meal. Everything else was great, though the soundproofing was an issue. A good option for a short visit.
10/10
Our dogs were made to feel welcome, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast display was incredible. There’s a good, secure car park on the lower level, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to Verona’s centre.
10/10
Sebastian went out of his way to help us with directions, bus routes, and recommendations for the city’s highlights. The rest of the staff were professional and attentive to our needs too. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was great. We stayed for 8 days and had excellent service from arrival to departure. We’d definitely come back when visiting the city of love.
10/10
We accidentally booked the room twice because the booking app was being silly, but the staff were so friendly and had it sorted in a second. The bed was large and comfy, and breakfast had loads of options. I especially liked the toast machine and cornetti. Great hotel, highly recommended. When we return to Verona, we’ll stay here again.
