This review is about how a reservation was handled, not a stay at the property. I needed to travel to Verona for work and booked for April 2026. Since I booked well in advance, the price was quite reasonable. Management then cancelled, saying they'd sold the property. A few moments later, the same dates were available to book again at triple the price. Shameful, ridiculous, and unprofessional!

The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The host responded quickly, and once I contacted two people, they sent the entry details by phone. I wish I'd received instructions on how to get in before arriving. Parking for €10 per day was a real plus. The cleaning was disappointing, though. There was such a strong bleach smell on arrival that we had to open every window, and the floors and dishes were dirty and stained.

I appreciated being able to check in two hours early because of a health issue, and the apartment had plenty of space. The location worked well, near Puça Nuova and 15 minutes from the Arena. The downside was the heat: it was 36 degrees Celsius (97 degrees Fahrenheit) that day, and there was no air conditioning.

The apartment was well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was poor, though. The chair and sofa upholstery was dirty, there were boogers stuck to the bedroom wall, and I found hair in the clean towels and on the bed.
