The flavor was so flat, with a slight bitterness too. Honestly, this is the worst carbonara I've ever tried. I ended up throwing it away.

The ravioli were the highlight, really delicious. We only stayed one night, but were pleased with the clean hotel, good service, and all the amenities being provided. There’s also a restaurant downstairs with both Italian and Chinese food.

The room and bathroom were spacious and fine, with good air conditioning, a table and chairs, and a TV. We also had free parking in the yard, and there’s a lift. But we were glad to stay for just one night, and left very disappointed. The main problem was communication. Nobody on staff could speak English or German, and although we wanted advice, we couldn't find anyone to talk with. They didn't understand even simple English or answer us. When I asked about things, they just smiled and shrugged. For “Breakfast is at 8,” they used Google Translate from Chinese and showed us the result on a phone. This is totally unacceptable in the middle of Europe. Breakfast itself was ridiculous: one croissant per person. This could be a much better place if they employed people who speak English or German.

We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was edible, though nothing fantastic, and the prices were about what you'd expect at similar places. The atmosphere was very simple. Nothing special, so for a memorable evening I'd choose somewhere else.
