We had a really difficult day travelling with two small kids, and an incident meant we couldn't arrive when expected. We contacted the hosts asking about a later check-in, self check-in, or any other way to sort it out. They told us to communicate only by message, then sent one quick reply saying they wouldn't help and ignored everything after that. I was desperate enough to offer to pick up the keys and return them anywhere. I could have provided IDs or anything else as a guarantee. They basically didn't care, even with two very young children involved. No customer care, no humanity. It was just sad.

We had paid 170 EUR in advance, but the lady refused to let us stay after 7 pm and didn't return the money. She isn't truthful about opening and check-in hours: on Facebook, she says she's still open, but in reality check-in after 7 pm isn't possible.

A lovely welcome, delicious food, and perfect hygiene. The owners are gorgeous and friendly. I love them, and I'll definitely come back.

Verona's mountains make a beautiful view around this cozy, warm place. The owner was always around, and breakfast came with lots of homemade pastries and jelly. A very nice place to stay.

We had a very good breakfast, including dessert made by the host, Ms. Carla. Our ground-floor room was spacious and had everything we needed, with a really comfortable bed. Both the room and the whole place were very clean and well maintained. It's in a beautiful area, and the hosts were so welcoming and kind. Thank you!
