An Italian-style house just a short distance from the city center. The location is amazing.

We booked two nights through Expedia. A day before arrival, the hotel called to say there’d be an extra fee for checking in after 7 PM, but that charge hadn’t been mentioned anywhere. I explained we were driving from far away and would likely arrive between 7 and 9. They didn’t care and said we had to pay, so I agreed because I had no choice. About two hours out, I called to say we’d arrive around 8. The man then told me we’d cancelled and the room was no longer available. He was very rude. I suspect they rented it for more because there was a concert and all the hotels in town were full. We had to find a room outside the city. Don’t trust this owner. Zero stars.
