There was no hot water for our entire two-day stay, so we couldn't shower at all. The bathroom also had leaks and ended up all wet. On the last night the apartment lost power, though the rest of the building still had electricity, and I left in the middle of the night to find another hotel. Check-in was awful too: the instructions arrived only minutes before 3pm, which would leave you out on the street if you didn't have internet. This was the worst experience I've had in years of traveling. Avoid this place.

The apartment is about five minutes from Verona train station, which made the location really convenient. We had a great stay. The rooms were roomy and clean, and there was a washing machine in the bathroom, though you need your own detergent. It was a little cold, but we found an extra duvet in the cupboard. The kitchen had plates, cutlery, pans, salt, and oil, so cooking was easy; bring any other spices you need. A small grocery store nearby sells fruit, vegetables, and other basics.

For the price, this was a really good deal, cheaper than most one-room hotels, and the location was decent. The young woman we spoke with was helpful and kind, and trusted us to leave the parking and VAT money in a locker. The problem came when we extended our stay: we asked for the same kind of room, especially one with a balcony and washing machine so we could smoke and wash our clothes, but got neither. That room also cost 10 euros more. When we called to ask for a discount, the man hung up on us. Seems to depend on who you get.

The location was great, and the apartment was very clean.

I booked an apartment for five people, but there wasn't enough for five of us. When we asked them to fix it urgently, they said they were a big agency with lots of apartments to manage, then did nothing. They seem focused on collecting cash and stop answering afterward. Never use this agency.
