The young manager welcomed us warmly and gave us fantastic tips for our visit. His service was a real highlight. Still, I was disappointed by the room at Loft Verona in Verona. It was advertised as having air conditioning, but it only worked through a motion sensor. Outside it was 38°C, and coming into an overheated room was really uncomfortable. The AC couldn't cool it properly overnight, so sleeping was difficult. I hope management fixes the issue for future guests.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the proprietor was relaxed, resourceful, and always happy to talk with guests. Breakfast is served until 11am, though we were told it could be available even later if we wanted to sleep in. The location is peaceful, just outside the city walls, with the major attractions within walking distance and lovely scenery along the way. I'd definitely recommend it.

Pier is a lovely host. He talked us through what to see and where to eat, and we had a very comfortable stay in Verona at this distinctive place.

The place matched its description and met our expectations. Pier provided friendly, capable, helpful service, which was an added bonus. Sharing the space may not suit everyone.

A pleasant, homely stay in a quiet place with an amazing host. The host designed it himself, and the design deserves full marks. All in all, wonderful.
