Luca & Magdalena made me feel very welcome, and my stay was a pleasure. My room was spacious, very clean, and cosy, with a shared bathroom. It had all the amenities I needed, and breakfast is available. The location is ideal for getting around on foot: Piazza Bra and the Arena are about a five-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, and historic sights nearby. Secure covered parking is at Piazza Cittadella, and Porto Nuova train station is a short taxi ride away. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

A terrible experience. The staff seemed to show no regard for our well-being or safety, and their manner felt condescending, spiteful, and unprofessional. They refused to speak with us, including in English, and insisted that we send our IDs via WhatsApp. They also treated my 14-year-old sister in a way I found undignified, then made her leave the room in the middle of our stay even though we had booked and paid for another night. Run!

We had a very bad exchange with the owner, who asked for an extra 15 euros because we arrived after 6 pm. That charge wasn't shown on Booking.com when we booked the room. The rooms were the worst we stayed in during Italy, despite this being the priciest B&B.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the location is peaceful despite being just a two-minute walk from the Verona Arena and city center. The owner was very kind and helpful, with suggestions for sights, bars, and restaurants. There’s a breakfast area in the living room, plus a coffee machine with capsules provided. Highly recommended.

I spent one night here for a concert at the Arena, and everything was great. The owner, signora Susy, was especially kind. The property is only a few minutes from the Arena and the center, and the "La Cittadella" car park is very convenient, right across from the property. My room and private external bathroom were clean. There’s also a small room where you can have breakfast. I highly recommend it!
