The rooftop jacuzzi hot tub costs a small fee, but it was well worth it and a great way to end the evening. Our room was very clean, with a great town view from the balcony, and the complimentary minibar had beer and prosecco. I'm from a hospitality background and can be picky, but this place is so well located for seeing Verona. There are crowds at the Juliette balcony during the day, though they didn't affect our stay. We'll be back!

We were barely sleeping, with hard beds and noise keeping us up every night until 3 am. The location was great, but the stay left us feeling duped on our honeymoon. This is advertised as a five-star hotel, but it didn't feel like one and lacked basic amenities. No one helped with our luggage or showed us to the room, and the staff's welcome was stale. There was no iron or clothes steamer. The elevator broke, leaving us to walk up and down four flights of stairs, though it was fixed by checkout. The property and rooms were very dim, and I tripped on the stairs and bruised my arm. The smell of vinegar still sticks with me. They advertise parking near the hotel, but that's only for unloading luggage. You have to pay to park in a garage a 10-minute walk away. One of the owners or managers was there when we checked out and didn't ask how our stay had been.

We loved the hotel's central location and our lovely room, with a balcony overlooking the busy pedestrian way. There were snacks and drinks in the room at no charge, and parking nearby was convenient for unloading luggage. After hours, guests can get private access to Juliette’s balcony without the crowds. Reception provided great service and quick WhatsApp replies. Some guests complained about the busy surroundings, but we had a great stay and will definitely return to Verona. Thank you!

If you're used to five-star hotels, this may disappoint. The main square and shopping are close, but the crowds around the Juliette statue outweigh that benefit for me. To enter, we had to push through huge crowds from 9 until 7, when the gates are locked. After that, you need to unlock them with a key while people outside stare and wonder how you're getting in. At arrival, we basically got a sales pitch for a couple of Verona businesses, including breakfast passes for a restaurant in the main square, since there's no food on site, and a perfume store. The room was cute, and some have good street or courtyard views. But the bathroom is outdated and poorly lit, and getting into or out of the tub or shower would be hard if you have mobility issues. I won't stay there again.
