Residence Antico San Zeno

The neighborhood was a highlight, with a square of restaurants, gelato shops, and bars just a two-minute walk away. There's also a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, plus a cinema at the end of the road. The city is about a 15-minute walk away, whether you're heading to the train station or Piazza Bra. Taxis are easy to get, and reception were happy to book one and give advice. Buses run too, though not very often. The hotel was really clean and friendly. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was great, and all the staff were helpful. Sonja at reception was fantastic. Breakfast was okay, and a bin in the main room would have been useful. I'd have no hesitation about staying again.

San Zeno has several restaurants if you'd rather eat nearby, and the old city centre is about a 15-minute walk away. The main train station takes around 25 minutes on foot. We stayed in a cosy aparthotel in a nicely renovated old townhouse. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen, though using it costs extra. Breakfast is available too, and I'd recommend it. A very nice base for a Verona city trip.

We liked the pleasant local area, and the room had everything we needed. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was close to the centre, and the staff were warm, smiling, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They even got oat milk for me and made a great coffee. I'd recommend staying here.
