Our room was large and worked well for our trip. We stayed nine nights in June, and the staff were excellent. Whatever we asked for, they arranged, and they also gave us tips about Verona.

The room was spacious and had a great view. Reception was available 24 hours, and everyone was polite and welcoming. I'd highly recommend staying here for a visit to Verona, and would come back myself.

My parents stayed at this hotel May 25-27. When checking in, my father took everything out of his handbag in front of receptionist “GOWAIDO,” and $2,400USD in cash was noticed. The receptionist asked them to leave their key at the desk whenever they went out. On May 26th they left for the historic center, then realized they'd forgotten the money in the drawer near the bed. They hurried back and were shocked to find it missing. This is an awful, dishonest hotel. Avoid it.

My elderly parents stayed at RVV last May 26, and $2,400USD was stolen from their room by the receptionist. Guests are told to leave their key at the desk whenever they go out. When my parents reported what happened, they felt intimidated and were not contacted by the police. Avoid this awful hotel.

We got more than expected: secure parking for free, bicycles, and entire apartments instead of just a room. The old city center is only five minutes away by bike.
