Residenza Alla Piazzetta

A very nice spot for a short stay, close to all the main attractions.

I chose this B&B for a Verona visit because I wanted to be near the historic centre, and the many positive reviews persuaded me. The property really is as described. I stayed in one of the apartment's two rooms, on the building's fourth floor. You need to let them know your arrival time, since the receptionist isn't always there. Once checked in, you get the keys for the building and your room. Mine had a sink, fridge, air conditioning, sofa, table and chairs, and its own bathroom. There's also a shared kitchen where you can make coffee. The room was very comfortable, and Manuela gave me an exemplary welcome. She passed along all the information I needed and suggested some restaurants, which I tried and enjoyed. The location is very convenient: the Arena, the Courthouse, and the historic centre are only a few minutes away on foot. The train station and bus terminal are walkable too, at most 20 minutes if you want to stroll. It was a very positive stay. I'll recommend it to friends and acquaintances, and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Verona.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us a map and recommended local restaurants and places to visit. We stayed a couple of days to see the city, and the place was impeccably clean, with an excellent location very close to the Arena. There's a garage for a small extra charge on the room, which costs less than other parking nearby. If we come back to Verona, we'd choose them again.

I stayed here for a concert at the Verona Arena, less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
