I was very happy with the apartment and the host. The place is in Verona's old city, a three-minute walk from both the Colosseum and a bus stop, with sorted recycling bins just across the street. The historic building is in good condition and has an elevator. Inside, the layout is a little unusual but fine, and the shower cabin is small but usable. There's also air conditioning and a washing machine. The host was friendly and personable on WhatsApp, and clearly explained the key pickup and check-in, with a helpful video.

We'd love to return to Verona. The hosts replied quickly and sent really helpful information, and there were bus stops and lovely cafes close by, which made getting around easy. The location is excellent, very near the Arena, perfect for the opera.

At Lilly Rose apartment, Giulia answered all my questions throughout the months before we arrived in Verona, even at weekends. The place was clean and had the basics for cooking meals or breakfast, plus a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, air conditioner and laundry machine. Towels and shower gel were provided too. There's a café and another place to get food across from the building, and the Arena di Verona is less than a mile away around the corner. After checkout, we could leave our luggage at the office across the building. Everything was perfect for me and my family. Thanks, Giulia, for answering all my questions and more.

We had an excellent Wi-Fi connection, fast and unlimited, and a spacious apartment with a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Even water was in the refrigerator. The building has an elevator, and the location in the old city is perfect, near Verona Arena, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The host was kind, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was easy, with clear instructions and videos sent before arrival. When we had a problem with the water heater, the host sent a plumber right away. Clean apartment, great host, close to everything. Highly recommended.

The home is very large, comfortable for up to 10 guests, and has two bathrooms, which really helps with a big family. It was super clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. The neighbourhood is quiet, with the Arena of Verona, Castel Vecchio, shops, Juliet’s balcony and other attractions just a few steps away. The host was always available for questions, and self check-in was very easy thanks to a video sent before arrival. A great place in the best location. I'd recommend it and will definitely be back. Wish I could give it more than five stars. Just book it, you won't regret it!
