We’d definitely come back. It’s great value, and a good fit if you want to be in the city while still having somewhere comfortable to stay. The room was very clean, with a comfy bed and pillows, good air conditioning, and it was quiet. Giulietta's house and Piazza Delle Erbe are just a 2-minute walk away, and the centre is 10 minutes away.

The stay itself was good and we had no other problems, but I’m taking off two stars for a couple of things. After the stay, they offer a free night in exchange for a full star rating, which feels like bribery. Also, the toilet brush hadn’t been cleaned or replaced. I know this is common in European hotels, but it’s still unsanitary and worth mentioning.

Our balcony room had a great view, and there was plenty of space. The design feels modern and minimal, with Juliet's Balcony just a few meters away.

The place feels newly renovated and has loads of space. The location is amazing. I'd happily recommend it.
