They cancelled my reservation, which I’d made four months ahead, on the day I was due to arrive, just four hours before check-in, and didn’t even apologize. I’d driven 900 km in the middle of summer, so finding another hotel that same day was difficult. Avoid this unprofessional hotel and stay somewhere else.
We booked at the very last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The people were kind, and the rooms were large and really pretty. Everything was fine, and we were happy with our stay. The price was low for what we got.
Black mold all over, a broken toilet seat, awful beds, a leaking shower, and the TV in one room didn’t work. The maintenance was terrible and the problems just kept coming. Staff didn’t help, and only gave us excuses, like saying a new toilet seat should arrive tomorrow. We were there all week, and it never got fixed. Ridiculous. I’ll never stay there again.
Cockroaches in the room, and the hostel still refused to refund our final two nights. The place is by three motorways or major roads, so it’s noisy and polluted. Awful stay. Don’t go there.
It wasn’t very clean, though it was near a main street.
