Apartment #5 was spotless and spacious, and the bed was comfortable with clean linens. They even had shower gel, basic kitchen supplies, a coffee machine, and coffee pods. The location is just outside the city center, a short walk from most tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars. Eleonora was a super host, answering questions quickly and thoroughly. The AC was already set to a comfortable temperature when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

A clean, pleasant apartment with good cooking facilities. There’s a washing machine in the room, but bring your own detergent. You’ll also need to bring coffee, tea, milk, and the other basics.

The room had a lovely feel to it, and the location was great. I’d give the room four stars because of a few small problems, like the shower leaking.

Everything was impeccably clean, and the location was excellent. The host was welcoming and attentive from beginning to end. She wasn’t there around the clock, but that’s perfectly understandable since this isn’t a hotel. Eleonora, thanks for being so helpful and making our short stay easy and special. Please keep up that attention to detail, it really shows everywhere.

We found a lovely café downstairs for breakfast, and there’s a Conad just a few minutes away, which was handy for cooking at home. The apartment itself was very nice, about 10 minutes from the Arena and a good half-hour walk from the station. My family and I stayed at the Montecchi residence for five days, and the receptionist was super friendly. It was a positive experience!
