We slept really well in a clean room and had a great three-night stay in Verona. The hotel is just behind the arena, and the train station is an easy walk away. Every staff member was helpful and cheerful. I can’t fault the place and would gladly stay again.
Breakfast had a good range, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We picked the hotel for its convenient spot near attractions and restaurants, and got a very nice room with everything we needed. I’d definitely come back.
The bathroom seemed brand new and was spotless, and the room was very nice too. It’s a small hotel on a side street near Piazza Bra, with attractions, shops and restaurants close by.
The staff were excellent, and the hotel turned out to be clean, safe and perfectly good, even though the street view had made me a little uneasy. Breakfast didn’t seem worth the trip downstairs, so we skipped it the second morning. They switch off AC throughout the building on October 1. When we stayed on October 9, the room was quite hot and we had to sleep with the window open.
The smell when you walk in is gorgeous, and everything was clean. Lovely continental breakfast, great service, and all the main attractions are right nearby. Grazie!
